  • is incorporated since 17 September 1996 to carry on the business of quarrying, asphaltic concrete products, civil, road construction and maintenance works and services;
  • is both MS and UKAS ISO 9001 Quality Management System certified by SIRIM since 14 September 2006;
  • is a registered CIDB Contractor since 20 April 2006 with Lembaga Pembangunan Industri Pembinaan Malaysia under Grade G7 Licence.
  • has been continually expanding its project services, products production and sales, with good prospect in procuring more viable business contracts in foreseeable future in view of its lengthy good business track record, corporate image, professionalism and governance.

2. Variasi Baru Sdn Bhd

  • is incorporated since 24 May 1996 to carry on the business of civil engineering contract works of both State & Federal Governments apart from the private sector;
  • is both MS and UKAS ISO 9001 Quality Management System certified by SIRIM since 14 September 2006;
  • is a registered SPKK and CIDB both under Grade G7 licence since 25 march 2004 and 23 December 2000 respectively.
  • will continue consciously on major building construction and civil engineering works and services of both public and private sectors in the years ahead given its vast experience and expertise.

3. Cabaran Perkasa Sdn Bhd

  • is incorporated since 5 July 1996 to carry on the business of precast concrete products of building piles, pipe culvert and ready mix concrete of quality;
  • is both MS and UKAS ISO 9001 Quality Management System certified by SIRIM since 14 September 2006;
  • is the first company in Sabah to have awarded with Product Certification by SIRIM of its Precast Reinforced Concrete Square Piles of 150mm and 200mm since 4th January 2008 and subsequently of 250mm, 300mm and 350mm to complete a whole series since 31 July 2012;
  • has registered the Product Trade Mark since 21 September 2007 commonly known and recognized by the users as URG Pile and URG Pipe;
  • will continue consciously on its expansion plan with a dominating market share beyond the current Tawau region given its good products quality and business networking.
